Each product page includes detailed size guides. We recommend comparing your measurements with our size charts for the perfect fit. Remember all purchases include our 15-day return policy if the fit isn’t quite right.

We offer two delivery services:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL/FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are hand-checked for quality and processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

Yes! We deliver globally except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times vary by destination.

Yes, you’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Our carriers will follow their standard delivery procedures, which may include leaving the package in a safe place, with a neighbour, or a delivery notice with collection instructions.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Please email [email protected] with your order number and return request. We’ll provide return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Currently we don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or colour, please return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order.
