Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the item is faulty. This aligns with UK retail standards.

Returns Process

  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Birmingham studio using a tracked service
  5. Receive confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Follow the same process as returns, specifying your desired exchange in your email.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • International customers: refunds will be issued in GBP (£) – any currency conversion differences are handled by your payment provider

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
