Returns & Exchanges

- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
- Non-Returnable Items: Swimwear (except for faulty items) due to hygiene reasons

- Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: refunds will be issued in GBP (£) – any currency conversion differences are handled by your payment provider
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Follow the same process as returns, specifying your desired exchange in your email.
